I require a credit/debit card to hold your appointment, you will not be charged until the session is over.

No call/No shows and cancelling within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment results in a 50% charge of the service you have chosen. 

You will be emailed a consent form and a health history form, please try to fill those out prior to your appointment.
